🌏 Helping Eagles Soar, Welcoming Phoenixes Home — Together We Nurture a New Generation of Australia–China Youth
It is a great honour for the Asia–Australia Network for Education and Enterprise (AANEE) to host the “China International Students Career Development & Employment Forum and the Launch Ceremony of the Australia–China Youth Talent Development Alliance.”
The event was successfully held at the Study Melbourne Hub, with the guidance of the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Melbourne, the Beijing Chaoyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Beijing Chaoyang Vocational Training and Development Promotion Association, and with strong support from Study Melbourne.
At the ceremony, Professor Fu Erjiang, Honorary Chair of AANEE, received the alliance plaque on behalf of the organisation — marking the official launch of the Australia–China Youth Talent Development Alliance! 🚀
The first cohort of alliance members includes:
- Melbourne University Venture Club
- Australia–China Scientist Entrepreneur Association
- Australia–China PhD Salon
- Australian Innovation Incubator
- Australia–China Industry Innovation Centre
All were awarded certificates of membership.
The event atmosphere was vibrant and inspiring:
More than 30 major enterprises — including China Railway Construction Corporation, China Huadian Corporation, China Overseas Property, BAIC Group, and BBMG Corporation — provided high-quality job opportunities.
Career centres from the University of Melbourne and Monash University, as well as Australian companies such as Boman, StarPlan, and Bupa, offered on-site consultations to help Chinese students explore their professional futures.
Seeing students engage actively and plan their paths with confidence was truly heartening. 💼✨
Looking ahead, the Australia–China Youth Talent Development Alliance will continue to build a collaborative platform for learning, internships, innovation, and employment between the two nations —
empowering more outstanding young talents to grow in Australia, develop in China, reach the world, and shine in the future! 🌟
