于萍 博士
Founding Chair
于萍,墨尔本大学当代中国研究中心研究员,中国东北大学及海南大学客座教授,是澳大利亚知名的跨文化教育与创新合作专家,拥有丰富的高校与国际机构管理经验,擅长国际教育项目设计、跨境产学研合作以及青年创新创业培养,以“连接、协作、共创”为核心理念,长期致力于打造开放、可持续的亚澳教育与产业合作网络,为青年人才和创新企业创造更广阔的国际发展空间。于博士现任澳中工商业委员会维州分会副主席及澳大利亚中国总商会墨尔本分会副主席,并曾受聘为维多利亚州政府国际教育顾问委员会委员,在推动亚澳人文与科研交流方面贡献突出。2024年获Globee® 环球商业金奖 “业界杰出女性”奖及2023年澳洲亚裔杰出领袖奖(“40位40岁以下杰出亚裔领袖”,由墨尔本大学Asialink与Johnson Partners联合颁发)。

Prof Dragan Gasevic
Senior Advisor
Professor Dragan Gašević is Distinguished Professor of Learning Analytics in the Faculty of Information Technology and the Director of the Centre for Learning Analytics (CoLAM) at Monash University. His research interests center around data analytic, AI, and design methods that can advance understanding of self-regulated and collaborative learning. Previously, he was a Professor and the Sir Tim O’Shea Chair in Learning Analytics and Informatics (Feb 2015–Feb 2018) in the Moray House School of Education and the School of Informatics and Co-Director of Centre for Research in Digital Education at the University of Edinburgh. He was the Canada Research Chair in Semantic and Learning Technologies and Professor in the School of Computing and Information Systems at Athabasca University (Jan 2007–Jan 2015). He is a founder and served as the President (2015–2017) of the Society for Learning Analytics Research (SoLAR), the world’s leading research and professional organization in learning analytics. He has held several honorary professorships and industry fellowships in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. He served as a founding program chair of the International Conference on Learning Analytics & Knowledge (LAK) in 2011 and 2012, the general chair in 2016, a founding program co-chair of the Learning Analytics Summer Institute (LASI) in 2013 and 2014, and a founding editor of the Journal of Learning Analytics (2012–2017) and Computers & Education: Artificial Intelligence (2020–present). In 2019–2023, he was recognized as the national field leader in educational technology in The Australian – the only Australian daily newspaper distributed nationally. He led the EU-funded SHEILA project that received the Best Research Project of the Year Award (2019) from the Association for Learning Technology. In 2022, he received the Lifetime Member Award, the highest distinction of the Society for Learning Analytics Research (SoLAR) and named a Distinguished Member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the world’s largest computing society.

顾敏 教授
Senior Advisor
Professor Gu Min, Senior Advisor, is a dual fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering and the Australian Academy of Science, and a pioneer in nanophotonics and 3D optical imaging. Born in Shanghai in 1960, he received his B.S. in Applied Physics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1982 and his Ph.D. in Optics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1988. He founded and directed the Centre for Micro-Photonics at Swinburne University of Technology, where he also served as Pro Vice-Chancellor. He later became Pro Vice-Chancellor at RMIT University, Dean of the School of Optical-Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and Director of an ARC Centre of Excellence. His long-term research focuses on nanophotonics, 3D optical imaging, and big data storage, with applications in smart manufacturing, clean energy, and environmental monitoring, driving innovation in the optoelectronics industry.

Professor Leon Sterling is a Professor in the School of Computing and Information Systems at The University of Melbourne, serving as an Academic teaching Specialist in Software Engineering.
Leon Sterling’s research involved in groups including:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) research group, Our diverse researchers address many different approaches to AI, encompassing deep learning, data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, and agent-based systems.

Senior Advisor
Professor Mark Wang, Senior Advisor, is a tenured professor at the School of Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at The University of Melbourne and Director of the Centre for Contemporary Chinese Studies. He leads the “Urbanization and Sustainable Development in China” research group, focusing on issues such as land acquisition and resettlement, water resource management for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and low-carbon transition policies. He has published over 160 SSCI papers and 7 academic monographs, and received the “Australia-China International Medal” from the Institute of Australian Geographers in 2018. Professor Wang graduated from Shanxi Normal University in 1982, received his Master’s degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1985, and his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, Canada, in 1995. He began teaching at The University of Melbourne in 1996, serving as Associate Dean of the Faculty of Land and Environment and Head of the Graduate School. He has long promoted joint training programs such as “2+2” and “1+1” with Chinese universities and established joint laboratories and field bases with institutions like Nanjing Agricultural University and Inner Mongolia University, cultivating numerous high-level young talents for sustainable development cooperation between the two countries.

Prof Hongjian Zhu
Senior Advisor
Professor Zhu has been Director of the Cancer Signalling Research Laboratory in the Department of Surgery (Royal Melbourne Hospital), University of Melbourne, since 2006. He received the Boerhaave Visiting Professorship from Leiden University Medical Center in 2017 and earned his PhD in Chemistry in 1994, followed by postdoctoral research at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research.
His research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of cancer, particularly growth factor and cytokine signalling and the role of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in cancer development. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers in leading journals, with total citations exceeding 11,000 (h-index: 49).
Professor Zhu has secured more than AUD 12 million in competitive funding, including seven NHMRC grants. He was the first researcher from mainland China to serve on an NHMRC expert review panel, is President of the Australia–China Association for Biomedical Sciences, and founded the Australia–China Institute for Translational Biomedical Research in Nanjing in 2019.

Prof Baohua Jia
Senior Advisor
Professor Jia Baohua, Senior Advisor, is a Distinguished Professor at RMIT University, a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Engineering, founding Director of the Centre for Atomic-scale Materials and Nanomanufacturing, and a top ARC Future Fellow. Her research focuses on atomic and nanomaterials design, laser micro/nano-fabrication, and energy conversion for new energy applications. She has led research projects with a total funding of over AUD 90 million, holds over 20 patents, and has published over 400 papers (including in Nature series, Advanced Materials, etc.) with an H-index of 85. She is currently the Chair of the Australian Innovation and Translation Alliance, founding Chair of the Australian Nanomanufacturing Future Challenge, a Fellow of Optica (formerly OSA), and founding Editor-in-Chief of the Nature series journal npj Nanophotonics. She also serves as a judge for the Light: Science & Applications National Doctoral Student League and the MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35. Her honors include the 2024 Chancellor’s Research Excellence Award, 2023 RMIT Distinguished Professor, and 2021 ARC Future Fellow, with her achievements widely reported by international media.
